This document reports that Switzerland, in alignment with international export control mechanisms, is updating its dual-use goods control measures to cover new and emerging technologies, with a proposal due by the end of 2025.

持续紧张的地缘政治局势影响了新兴技术领域军民两用物项多边出口管制的运作。考虑到技术进步，包括瑞士在内的许多参与国际出口管制机制的国家同意或已更新相关的管控措施。2024年12月13日，瑞士联邦委员会委托瑞士经济事务、教育与研究部（WBF）在2025年底之前向联邦委员会提交将相关两用物项转入《商品管制条例》现有物项清单的提案。这将确保瑞士的出口管制与国际相统一，新技术和未来的技术发展也能受到出口管制的监管。<br>
