2024年11月5日，荷兰外贸与发展援助部向众议院通报《2023年荷兰出口管制政策》报告。2023年，荷兰共颁发军民两用物项许可证898个，同比增长34.63%（2022年为667个）；所颁发许可证的相应价值也略有增加，从200多亿欧元增至近210亿欧元；拒绝的许可证申请数量为14个，低于2022年的32个。 <br>
2023年，荷兰向欧盟以外市场出口的军民两用物项，按出口价值排序，韩国位列第一，共38.95亿欧元；中国台湾地区位列第二，34.37亿欧元；美国位列第三，23.29亿欧元；中国位列第六，2.53亿欧元。<br>
