First 'Production Certificate' for Domestic Manned Airship Issued

China's domestically developed 'Xiangyun' AS700 manned airship has received the country's first production certificate (PC) from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, marking its official entry into mass production. The certificate, following the earlier type certificate (TC), completes the regulatory approval process and signifies the establishment of a full industrial chain for manned airships in China.

记者今日从中国航空工业集团获悉，我国自主研制的“祥云”AS700载人飞艇，取得全国首张国产载人飞艇生产许可证（PC）。该许可证由中国民用航空局颁发，标志着我国首款按适航标准自主研制的载人飞艇正式迈入批量生产阶段。<br>
作为研制到产业化的核心环节，型号合格证（TC）与生产许可证（PC）共同构成从“设计批准”到“生产批准”的完整监管闭环体系。此前，AS700载人飞艇已于2023年12月取得型号合格证（TC）。<br>
自2024年以来，AS700载人飞艇团队完成了多应用场景累计超600小时的安全试飞，构建覆盖原材料采购、零部件制造、整艇装配、出厂检测等全流程质量管控体系，具备了产业化落地的核心能力。<br>
据介绍，通过AS700载人飞艇的产业化实践，我国首次建立起载人飞艇研发设计、生产制造、试验试飞、服务保障等全链条体系，培育了一支专业化队伍。未来，随着量产交付的推进，AS700载人飞艇将从试验场景进入市场一线。（记者 刘胤衡 见习记者 邹竣麒）
