产品质量监督抽查实施细则的公告<br>
根据有关标准制修订情况和《产品质量监督抽查管理暂行办法》（市场监管总局令第18号）等要求，市场监管总局组织编制电动平衡车等136种产品质量监督抽查实施细则，现予以发布，自发布之日起实施，各地市场监管部门在开展产品质量监督抽查时可直接采用。此前发布的同种产品监督抽查实施细则同时废止。<br>
特此公告。<br>
