各省、自治区、直辖市和新疆生产建设兵团市场监管局（厅、委）：<br>
为落实《中华人民共和国民法典》有关规定，提升合同示范文本的专业性和规范性，市场监管总局对原工商总局制订的《居间合同（示范文本）》（GF—2000—1201）进行了修订。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》的最新表述，将原《居间合同（示范文本）》变更为《中介合同（示范文本）》。<br>
现将修订后的《中介合同（示范文本）》（GF—2025—2613）印发给你们，供社会公众参照使用。修订之前的原合同示范文本同时废止。<br>
