你省中材科技（苏州）有限公司《关于汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶报废年限问题的请示》收悉。经研究，现答复如下：<br>
GB 19533-2004《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶定期检验与评定》是针对按照GB 17258-1998《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶》生产的气瓶而制定的检验与评定标准。2011年，GB 17258-1998修订为新版标准GB 17258-2011《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶》，新版标准将汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶的疲劳试验合格指标提高后，规定汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶的设计使用寿命为15年。目前，GB 19533-2004《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶定期检验与评定》正在修订中。<br>
综上所述，对于按GB 17258-1998《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶》标准生产的汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶，报废年限仍按照GB 19533-2004《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶定期检验与评定》执行；对于按GB 17258-2011《汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶》标准生产的汽车用压缩天然气钢瓶，报废年限应按《气瓶安全技术监察规程》（TSG R0006-2014）执行。<br>
