近日，要素跨区域流动再上新台阶。疆电外送，累计输送电量突破3000亿千瓦时；“东数西算”，甘肃庆阳数据中心集群智算规模突破11万PFLOPS（每秒千万亿次浮点运算），绿电供给超80%。东西协作、优势互补，彰显区域协同的中国智慧。<br>
为什么中国能做到如此大范围协作，并且成效显著？<br>
