省政府第81次常务会议决定，取消69项行政权力事项。对其中1项行政法规设定事项，省政府将依照法定程序履行相关程序后再行公布。 各地、各部门要认真做好取消行政权力事项的落实和衔接工作，制定监管措施，切实加强事中事后监管，避免出现监管真空。本决定自2017年5月6日起施行。 附件：取消的行政权力事项表
