Notice of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province on Ceasing the Implementation of the Measure for Lessees to Pay Property Tax on Behalf of Lessors

This notice terminates the provision in the provincial implementation rules that required lessees to pay property tax on behalf of lessors if they failed to obtain invoices, effective from the date of publication.
