Hainan Free Trade Port to Handle Customs Declaration for 'First Line' and 'Second Line' Goods from December 18

Starting December 18, goods entering and exiting the Hainan Free Trade Port via the 'first line' and 'second line' can apply for customs declaration through 8 open ports and 10 'second line' ports across the island.
