2026年4月9日，财政部副部长廖岷应邀赴菲律宾访问亚洲开发银行（以下称亚行）总部。访问期间，廖岷出席了“共话中国”高级别研讨会及执董对话会，宣介中国经济高质量发展有关情况，并就中国与亚行合作等议题进行交流。 <br>
廖岷指出，亚行是中国改革发展的重要参与者，中国是亚行履行宗旨使命的重要支持者，双方合作互利共赢。站在双方合作40周年的新起点上，中国与亚行应探索更新合作领域，不断提升全方位合作水平。 <br>
廖岷表示，中国去年经济总量已经超过140万亿元，经济增速保持在合理区间，对世界经济增长贡献率保持在30％左右。中国经济结构不断优化，持续推进绿色低碳发展和数字化转型，大力提振消费，扩大有效投资。中国加快实施创新驱动发展战略，全要素生产率保持稳定增长。中国将坚持办好自己的事，坚定不移地推进高水平对外开放，为世界注入确定性和稳定性。 <br>
访问期间，廖岷还与亚行行长神田真人举行双边会见，就中国宏观经济形势、中国与亚行合作等议题深入交换意见。
