Supreme People's Court's Reply on Whether a Court Shall Enforce an Arbitration Award Signed by an Arbitrator Not Reappointed Who Participated in the Hearing of the Case

This document clarifies that if an arbitrator who was not reappointed after the expiration of their term signed the arbitration award for a case they originally heard, the people's court shall still enforce that arbitration award.
