四川人大网消息，近日，《四川省烟草专卖条例》修订完成，自2026年5月1日起施行。
<br>
新修订的《四川省烟草专卖条例》第四条显示，全社会应当加强吸烟危害健康的宣传教育。禁止或者限制在公共交通工具和公共场所吸烟，禁止中小学生吸烟。
<br>
同时该条例明确将电子烟等新型烟草制品参照本条例卷烟的有关规定执行。
