粤府〔2002〕21号广东省质量技术监督局稽查总队成立公告 经广东省人民政府２００１年１２月３日粤府函〔２００１〕４６８号文批准，广东省质量技术监督局稽查总队现正式成立，自２００２年４月１日起在本省行政区域内实施行政执法。执法职责是：对公民、法人或者其他组织遵守《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《中华人民共和国标准化法》、《中华人民共和国计量法》和《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》等法律、法规、规章的情况进行检查；以广东省质量技术监督局的名义，对有关的违法行为依法实施行政处罚。其执法人员持省人民政府统一制发的行政执法证上岗执法。 广东省质量技术监督局稽查总队办公地址：广州市海珠区同福东南村路泰山庙前３号广东省质量技术监督局办公楼６楼。举报、投诉电话：１２３６５。广东省人民政府二〇〇二年三月二十七日
