粤府办〔2008〕68号关于公布第五批广东省文物保护单位的通知各地级以上市人民政府，各县（市、区）人民政府，省政府各部门、各直属机构： 省人民政府同意省文化厅提出的第五批广东省文物保护单位（共计104处），现予公布。 各地、各有关单位要严格按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》等法律法规，认真贯彻“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的方针，切实做好文物的保护、利用和管理工作。 附件：第五批广东省文物保护单位名单广东省人民政府办公厅二〇〇八年十一月十八日
