This document transfers the administrative penalty authority for violations of urban road management laws and regulations from the housing and urban-rural construction department to the transportation management department in Foshan City, in accordance with the Administrative Penalty Law and State Council Decision No. 17 of 2002.

粤府函〔2012〕271号 广东省人民政府关于调整佛山市城市道路 相关行政处罚权的公告 根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》、《国务院关于进一步推进相对集中行政处罚权工作的决定》（国发〔2002〕17号）的规定，经省人民政府同意，佛山市将原由住房和城乡建设部门行使的查处违反城市道路管理方面法律、法规、规章规定的各类违法行为的行政处罚权调整由交通管理部门行使。 特此公告。 广东省人民政府 2012年9月13日 createPageHTML(1, 0, "t20120917_343661", "html");
