粤府函〔2014〕86号 广东省人民政府关于调整南澳大桥 收费方式的批复 汕头市人民政府、省交通运输厅： 《汕头市人民政府关于变更南澳大桥收费方式的请示》（汕府〔2014〕13号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、同意南澳大桥的收费方式由纳入汕头市车辆通行费年票制统筹收费还贷改为独立设置收费站收费。该项目政府还贷公路性质不变，其收费站站址、收费标准等问题另行按程序上报审批。 二、项目通车后，汕头市应加强资金管理，确保南澳大桥相关贷款本息按期偿还。如收费收入不足以保证还本付息，缺口资金由汕头市、南澳县财政负责统筹解决，不得通过汕头市年票制收入弥补。 广东省人民政府 2014年4月24日 createPageHTML(1, 0, "t20140425_491527", "html");
