广东省人民政府关于设立深圳市光明区的通知 粤府函〔2018〕127号 深圳市人民政府： 国务院同意设立深圳市光明区，将深圳市宝安区的光明街道、公明街道、新湖街道、凤凰街道、玉塘街道、马田街道划归光明区管辖，以光明街道、公明街道、新湖街道、凤凰街道、玉塘街道、马田街道的行政区域为光明区的行政区域，光明区人民政府驻光明街道广场路1号。 你市要按照国务院和民政部有关要求，认真做好组织实施工作，所需人员编制和经费由你市自行解决，不新建政府性楼堂馆所，不增加财政供养人员，不增加“三公”经费。实施中遇到的问题，请径向省民政厅反映。 广东省人民政府 2018年5月24日
