市区防洪排涝旧堤加固与排污管网结合第一阶段工程已基本完成。根据工程建设程序，武江右岸和北江右岸的市政排污管污水必须全部进入排污槽，孟洲坝发电厂需启闸降低水位。为确保广大市民的生命财产安全，杜绝各类安全事故发生，现将有关事项通告如下：\r 一、启闸降低水位时间：2010年5月7日晚上8:00时至5月13日晚上8:00时，共6天。\r （一）5月9日上午8:00时至12日晚上8:00时控制水位为珠基50.50米（比正常蓄水位52.50米低2.0米）；\r （二）5月12日晚上8:00时至13日上午6:00时再次降低水位至珠基50.00米（比正常蓄水位52.50米低2.50米），5月13日晚上8:00时起关闸蓄水。\r 二、降低水位期间，请广大市民注意安全，严禁下到河道进行作业、捕捞、游玩等活动，避免因河道水位变化发生意外。\r 三、航道、海事、水务等部门要依法加强对各类船舶的监管。\r 四、请沿河各单位和广大市民提前做好相关准备工作，妥善安排好生产生活。\r 韶关市人民政府\r 二○一○年四月三十日
