\r 市区防洪排涝二期一阶段工程（北江右岸孟洲坝发电厂至京珠高速公路北江桥）已具备开工条件，市政府决定于2010年9月10日正式动工建设。为保证防洪堤基础施工的顺利进行，届时濛里发电厂须降低水位运行。为确保广大市民的生命财产安全，杜绝各类安全事故的发生，现将有关事项通告如下：\r 一、降低水位时间：2010年9月10日下午2:00时至10月30日下午2:00时，共50天。\r （一）9月11日上午8:00至10月30日下午2:00时控制水位为珠基43.5米（比正常蓄水位44.5米低1.0米）；\r （二）10月30日下午2:00时开始蓄水，恢复正常蓄水位。\r 二、降低水位期间，请广大市民注意安全，避免因河道水位变化而发生意外。\r 三、航道、海事、水务等部门要依法加强对各类船舶的监管。\r 四、请沿河各单位和广大市民提前做好相关准备工作，妥善安排好生产生活。\r \r 韶关市人民政府\r 二○一○年八月二十六日\r
