韶关市小岛片区旧堤改造加固工程因受持续强降雨天气等因素影响，无法按原计划在3月31日前完成主体工程任务。为此，孟洲坝发电厂下闸蓄水须延期至4月7日。为确保广大市民的生命财产安全，杜绝各类安全事故的发生，现将有关事项通告如下：\r 一、孟洲坝发电厂下闸蓄水延期至4月7日晚上8:00时开始。\r 二、降低水位期间，请广大市民注意安全，严禁下到河道进行作业、捕捞、游玩等活动，避免因河道水位变化发生意外。\r 三、航道、海事、水务等部门要依法加强对各类船舶的监管。\r 四、请沿河各单位和广大市民提前做好相关准备工作，妥善安排好生产生活。\r \r \r 韶关市人民政府\r 2016年3月30日\r
