为配合韶关市区旧堤改造加固及环境改造工程所涉旧堤改造加固和水下管网铺设工程的实施，孟洲坝发电厂须启闸降低水位，将河床恢复至天然状态。为确保广大市民的生命财产安全，杜绝各类安全事故的发生，现将有关事项通告如下：\r 一、启闸降低水位时间：第一次从2016年11月24日上午8:00时至2017年1月19日晚上8:00时，共57天；第二次从2017年2月12日上午8:00时至4月15日晚上8:00时，共63天。\r 二、降低水位期间，请广大市民注意安全，严禁下到河道进行作业、捕捞、游玩等活动，避免因河道水位变化发生意外。\r 三、航道、海事、水务、渔政等部门要依法加强对各类船舶的监管。\r 四、请沿河各单位和广大市民提前做好相关准备工作，妥善安排好生产生活。\r \r \r 韶关市人民政府\r 2016年11月17日
