珠府〔2017〕57号 横琴新区管委会，各区政府（管委会），市府直属各单位：根据《广东省人民政府法制办公室关于在珠海市开展行政复议委员会试点工作的通知》（粤府法〔2012〕61号）要求，为进一步深化我市行政复议委员会改革，现就有关事项通知如下：一、自2017年8月1日起，市公安机关的行政复议权收归市人民政府行使，具体工作由市法制局承办，各级公安机关不再受理行政复议案件。二、公民、法人和其他组织对各级公安机关作出的具体行政行为不服的，在本市范围内，向市人民政府提起行政复议。 珠海市人民政府办公室 2017年7月17日
