珠府函〔2017〕382号 横琴新区管委会，各区政府（管委会），市府直属各单位： 为贯彻落实党中央关于全面推进依法治国的战略部署，进一步推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革，促进大众创业、万众创新，激发市场活力和社会创造力，按照国务院关于开展文件清理的工作部署,结合党中央、国务院《法治政府建设实施纲要(2015-2020年)》和省委、省政府《广东省法治政府建设实施纲要(2016-2020年)》的要求，市政府对2016年12月31日以前发布的182件市政府规范性文件进行了全面清理，保留101件，失效8件，废止56件，适时修订17件。现将清理结果予以公布。 珠海市人民政府 2017年12月27日
