珠府〔2006〕138号 为全面推进依法行政，进一步强化执法责任，提高行政执法水平，根据《国务院办公厅关于推行行政执法责任制的若干意见》（国办发〔2005〕37号）的要求，我市市直部门的行政执法依据梳理结果已经市政府审议通过，现在市政府门户网站（网址：www.zhuhai.gov.cn）及市法制局网站（网址：www.fzj.gov.cn）予以公布，供社会公众查询和监督。 珠海市人民政府 二○○六年十一月二十八日
