揭阳市人民政府关于调整我市企业职工 最低工资标准有关问题的通知 揭府〔2013〕16号 各县（市、区）人民政府（管委会），市府直属各单位： 根据《广东省人民政府关于调整我省企业职工最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函[2013]27号）精神，结合本市发展实际，决定对我市企业职工最低工资标准作相应调整。现将有关事项通知如下： 一、从2013年5月1日起，我市企业职工最低工资标准调整为每月1010元，非全日制职工小时最低工资标准调整为每小时10元。 二、各地、各有关部门要提高认识，加大提高职工最低工资标准的宣传力度，严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强监督检查，切实保障职工合法权益。 揭阳市人民政府 2013年2月18日
