Huizhou Municipal People's Government Announcement on the Catalog of Normative Documents with Uniformly Stipulated Validity Periods

This document announces the results of a comprehensive review of municipal normative documents, publishing a catalog of 133 currently effective documents that previously lacked a validity period and now have one uniformly stipulated. It requires responsible units to evaluate these documents before their new expiry dates and reissue them if needed.

HFGS—2015—8 惠州市人民政府关于统一规定有效期规范性文件目录的公告惠府〔2015〕36号 为进一步优化我市经济发展的法制环境，维护国家法制和政令统一，更好地适应加快建设法治政府、全面推进依法行政的要求，市政府对以市政府或市政府办公室名义发布、未规定有效期、现行有效的市政府规范性文件进行了全面清理。经过清理并经十一届91次市政府常务会议研究，现对未规定有效期、目前仍然有效、需继续实施并统一规定有效期的133件市政府规范性文件予以公布（详见附件），以上规范性文件统一剩余有效期届满前由责任单位按有关规定对其进行清理评估，经评估后认为剩余有效期届满后需继续实施的，应按规定程序重新发布，有效期届满后未按规定重新发布的自行废止。 惠州市人民政府 2015年3月5日 附件：统一规定有效期的规范性文件目录 附件下载：统一规定有效期的规范性文件目录.doc
