惠府办〔2017〕40号各县、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：根据广东省审计厅《关于清理纠正以审计结果作为政府投资建设项目竣工结算依据有关规定的通知》（粤审法〔2017〕172号）要求，经审查，现行的《惠州市人民政府办公室关于加强市政府投资项目审计监督的意见》（惠府办〔2014〕36号）部分内容与现行法律法规规定不一致，经十二届41次市政府常务会议研究，决定废止惠府办〔2014〕36号文，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。 惠州市人民政府办公室2017年12月26日
