惠府办〔2018〕19号各县、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：根据国务院《关于加强文化遗产保护的通知》（国发〔2005〕42号）和国务院办公厅《关于加强我国非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》（国办发〔2005〕18号）等有关规定，经市非物质文化遗产保护工作专家委员会评审，并经十二届72次市政府常务会议研究，同意《鹅城传说》等共计20个项目列入惠州市第七批非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。各级、各有关部门要充分认识做好非物质文化遗产保护工作的重要性和必要性，对列入名录和其他有价值的非物质文化遗产，制定保护规划，明确责任目标，落实各项措施，切实保护好、管理好、利用好，使之得以传承和发扬。附件：惠州市第七批市级非物质文化遗产名录 惠州市人民政府办公室2018年12月13日 相关附件： 惠府办〔2018〕19号附件.doc
