火炬开发区管委会，翠亨新区管委会，各镇政府、街道办事处，市各有关单位： 根据《国务院办公厅关于进一步完善失信约束制度构建诚信建设长效机制的指导意见》（国办发〔2020〕49号）要求，经市政府研究，决定从即日起废止《中山市诚信红黑榜公布管理暂行办法》（中府办〔2015〕64号）和《中山市企业和社会组织守信激励与失信惩戒暂行办法》（中府办〔2015〕65号）两份文件。我市联合奖惩相关工作按照有关法律、法规、规章和上级政策规定执行。中山市人民政府办公室2021年8月12日
