惠府〔2010〕116号 根据《2010年广州亚运会、亚残会开（闭）幕式人工消（减）雨作业方案》要求，市政府决定于2010年9月25日至27日、11月10日至12日、11月25日至27日、12月10日至12日、12月17日至19日期间，在博罗县水东陂水库、观音阁镇砂岭村、罗阳镇承粮陂村和惠阳区镇隆镇黄沙水库等4个人工影响天气作业点，在省人工影响天气办公室的统一指挥下实施人工消（减）雨作业。人工消（减）雨作业区内的各有关单位要加强组织协调，做好安全保障和预防低洼地带洪涝工作，禁止无关人员进入作业区。 惠州市人民政府 二○一○年九月二十五日
