Notice on the Construction of Yagongding Forest Park
关于亚公顶森林公园建设问题的通告
This notice announces the municipal government's decision to proceed with afforestation on over 1,000 mu of disputed land within Yagongding Forest Park to accelerate its construction, designating the planted trees as ecological public welfare forest co-owned by the disputing parties until the land ownership dispute is resolved.

关于亚公顶森林公园建设问题的通告惠府〔2007〕190号 亚公顶森林公园是市政府批准建设的开放式公益性森林公园，也是建设绿色生态惠州的重点工程之一。亚公顶森林公园建成后，将成为广大市民休闲、健身、娱乐的良好场所，对进一步促进我市生态文明建设具有重要意义。 目前，亚公顶森林公园的登山道已建成，但因部分山林权属争议，仍有1000多亩荒山无法绿化，森林植被覆盖率不尽人意，急需绿化。为加快推进公园建设，市政府决定在山林权属争议解决前，由市政府负责公园内1000多亩荒山的植树造林，争议地所造林木作为生态公益林暂归争议双方共同所有，任何人不得随意毁坏和非法采伐。待山林权属争议解决后，按照“树随地走”的原则确定所造林木的权属。有关各方和广大群众必须支持荒山造林，不得阻挠。 特此通告。惠州市人民政府二〇〇七年十二月十九日
