\r \r \r 惠府〔2016〕206号\r \r \r 为贯彻落实中央及省关于供给侧结构性改革精神，降低企业物流成本、进一步惠及人民群众出行，按照省逐步取消试行车辆通行费年票制的工作部署，我市定于2017年起取消试行车辆通行费年票制，现就有关事项通告如下：\r 一、全市自2017年1月1日零时起取消试行车辆通行费年票制收费，不再收取2017年及以后年度的年票费。\r 二、凡是在2017年1月1日前在我市注册登记的车辆，未缴纳2016年及以前年度年票费的，应予补缴。2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日为车辆通行年票费补缴期，逾期拒缴的，车主欠费信息将依法依规录入市公共信用信息管理系统。\r 三、机动车辆所有人凭《机动车辆行驶证》到全市各年票收费所缴费。\r 四、本通告自2017年1月1日起施行。\r \r \r \r 惠州市人民政府\r 2016年12月31日\r \r \r \r \r \r \r
