汕尾市人民政府关于公布汕尾市二级保护古树名录的通知
This notice officially publishes the verified list of 32 second-level protected ancient trees (aged 300-499 years) in Shanwei City and instructs relevant departments to strengthen their protection and management in accordance with laws and regulations.

汕府﹝2018﹞48号 各县（市、区）人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 古树名木是森林资源中的瑰宝，是自然界和先人留下来的珍贵遗产，是不可再生的自然生态文化资源，对研究本地区的历史、文化、气候、自然条件等有着非常重要的科学价值。为切实加强全市古树名木保护工作，经调查核实，我市境内有树龄在300年以上（含300年）不满500年二级保护古树32株。相关普查成果已经市绿化委员会审定，现将汕尾市二级保护古树名录予以公布。各级各有关单位要按照国家法律法规和我市有关管理规定，切实做好古树名木的保护和管理工作。 汕尾市人民政府 2018年10月28日
