江府函〔2020〕94号市自然资源局： 《关于报请批准江门市蓬江区篁边地段（PJ01-R）控制性详细规划修改的请示》（江自然资〔2020〕430号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合江门市城市总体规划，予以批准、公布，并作为《江门市蓬江区篁边地段（PJ01-R）控制性详细规划》（2019年4月29日批准）成果的补充内容。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。 三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府2020年6月18日
