火炬开发区管委会，翠亨新区管委会，各镇政府、街道办事处，市各有关单位： 经研究，决定将《关于促进村镇低效工业园改造升级的若干措施》（中府〔2022〕11号，中府规字〔2022〕4号）第（十五）条修改为：用地面积达到30亩以上的“工改工”项目，在行政办公和生活配套设施用地面积占比不超过7%的前提下，允许总建筑面积占比提高到20%。 上述修改自通知印发之日起生效。 中山市人民政府 2022年8月1日 政策文件：中山市人民政府关于印发促进村镇低效工业园改造升级若干措施的通知
