黄圃镇人民政府： 你镇《关于请予批准〈中山市黄圃镇工业用地规划条件论证报告〉成果的请示》（黄府报〔2022〕36号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、《中山市黄圃镇工业用地规划条件论证报告》编制程序符合《关于工业用地开展控规调整工作的有关通知》及市相关文件要求。调整成果基本符合《中山市城市总体规划（2011-2020）》等上层次要求，因此，原则同意《中山市黄圃镇工业用地规划条件论证报告》。 二、在实施上述规划条件论证过程中，应妥善处理好本次调整工业用地与相关利害关系人用地开发的关系。市自然资源局应会同你镇人民政府加强指导监督。 三、你镇要在上述地块规划条件调整成果获批之日起20个工作日内，向社会公布。 中山市人民政府 2022年8月5日
