港口镇人民政府： 你镇《关于对〈中山市港口镇大丰工业区京珠高速以西片区控制性详细规划（2018）沙港路细化维护报告〉的请示》（中港府请〔2022〕41号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、经审核，《中山市港口镇大丰工业区京珠高速以西片区控制性详细规划（2018）沙港路细化维护报告》业经专家评审、社会公示，符合《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批办法》等有关规定，因此，同意《中山市港口镇大丰工业区京珠高速以西片区控制性详细规划（2018）沙港路细化维护报告》，命名调整为《中山市港口镇大丰工业区京珠高速以西片区控制性详细规划（2018）沙港路细化维护成果》（简称《沙港路细化维护成果》），所提出的规划条件作为维护地块的规划审批依据。 二、你镇要会同市自然资源局加强对《沙港路细化维护成果》实施的指导、监督和检查工作，确保项目实施建设时落实相关技术规范及管控要求，不得随意调整。确需调整的，必须按法定程序办理，确保控制性详细规划的严格实施。 三、你镇要在《沙港路细化维护成果》获批之日起 20个工作日内，向社会公布。 中山市人民政府 2022年10月13日
