市自然资源局： 你局《关于申请批准实施〈中山市历史文化街区保护规划（2021-2035）〉的请示》（中山自然资报〔2022〕1274号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、《中山市历史文化街区保护规划（2021-2035年）》（下称《保护规划》）的工作目标、任务和范围明确，编制依据充分，基本满足规划编制要求，符合国家、省和地方现行有关法律法规和规范要求，对我市历史文化保护、提升城镇品质具有重要意义。因此，原则同意《保护规划》。 二、你局要会同各有关部门做好《保护规划》的实施指导、监督和检查工作，不得随意调整《保护规划》，确需调整的，需按规定程序办理。 三、你局要在《保护规划》获批准之日起30日内，向社会公布《保护规划》。 中山市人民政府 2022年11月30日
