江府函〔2021〕111号市自然资源局： 《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市江海区胜利南路西侧地块规划条件的请示》（江自然资〔2021〕380号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、《江门市江海区胜利南路西侧地块规划条件》符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》有关规定及相关技术规范要求，予以批准。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按照规划条件的要求实施。 此复。江门市人民政府2021年6月30日
