横琴新区管委会，各区政府（管委会），市政府各部门、各直属机构： 按照《广东省住房和城乡建设厅关于开展共有产权住房政策探索试点的通知》（粤建保函〔2018〕993号）等文件要求，我市将制定《珠海市共有产权住房试点方案》纳入了《珠海市人民政府2019年度重大行政决策事项目录》。 现鉴于我市资金与土地供应的实际情况，制定出台普惠性共有产权住房政策的条件尚不成熟，且即将出台的《珠海市人才安居管理办法》对人才共有产权住房已作出明确规定，经市住房和城乡建设局局长办公会议研究并报经市人民政府同意，决定当前着重研究人才共有产权住房相关政策，暂缓制定《珠海市共有产权住房试点方案》。 特此通知。 珠海市人民政府办公室 2020年1月3日
