江府函〔2021〕155号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准<江门市市区“三旧”改造专项规划（2021-2035年）>的请示》（江自资〔2021〕669号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：一、该专项规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省旧城镇旧厂房旧村庄改造管理办法》的有关规定，符合江门市城市总体规划，予以批准并公布。二、该专项规划是指导市区“三旧”改造项目实施的重要依据，有关内容应纳入国土空间规划。三、今后如需对该专项规划进行修改，应按法定程序报批。江门市人民政府 2021年9月30日
