江府函〔2022〕137号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市江海区连海北路地段（JH02-E01）控制性详细规划修改的请示》（江自然资〔2022〕523号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合江门市城市总体规划，予以批准、公布，并作为《江门市江海区连海北路地段(JH02-E01）控制性详细规划》（2012年12月18日批准）成果的补充内容。二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度、道路交通以及公共服务设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。三、今后如需对该规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府2022年9月5日
