江府函〔2022〕180号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市蓬江区棠下镇五洞立交西侧（PJ01-B）地段控制性详细规划的请示》（江自然资〔2022〕787号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合江门市城市总体规划，予以批准、公布。二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府2022年11月26日
