各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 《阳江市社区（村）一门一网式政务服务自然人事项指导目录（试行）》（以下简称《指导目录》）已经市人民政府同意，现印发给你们，认真贯彻执行。 各县（市、区）、各部门要结合《指导目录》，按照服务便民利民、办事依法依规、信息公开透明、数据开放共享的原则，大力推进自然人事项一门一网式政府服务模式改革。市“一门式一网式”政务服务改革专责工作小组要加强对各地实施工作的督促指导；各县（市、区）要参照《指导目录》，制订本地社区（村）一门一网式政务服务自然人事项目录，并及时向社会公布。 各县（市、区）、各有关部门在执行中遇到的问题，请径向市民政局反映。 阳江市人民政府办公室 2017年2月9日 阳江市社区（村）一门一网式政府服务自然人事项指导目录（试行）
