江府函〔2023〕100号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请撤销“三旧”改造项目的请示》（江自然资〔2023〕312号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：新昌村陆氏围“三旧”改造项目、南雄股份合作经济联合社“三旧”改造项目、麻三股份合作经济联合社旧村庄改造项目、环市实业“三旧”改造项目等项目改造方案分别于2012年11月、2012年11月、2014年6月、2014年8月经市人民政府批准，但至今均未按要求办理供地手续，未实施改造，原约定的改造计划、公共设施配建责任、拆迁补偿标准、土地出让金返还标准等政策均已发生改变，已无法继续按原改造方案实施，现撤销该四个项目改造方案。日后如确需继续实施改造，须按省、市“三旧”改造政策要求重新编制改造方案按程序报批。江门市人民政府2023年5月26日
