江府函〔2023〕163号新会区人民政府： 《关于报请批准<江门市新会区罗坑镇龙珠（XH07-E、XH07-L）工业园控制性详细规划>的请示》（新府报〔2023〕61号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合《江门市新会区罗坑镇总体规划（2013-2030）》，予以批准、公布。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。 三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。 江门市人民政府 2023年10月10日
