深民办〔2008〕19号各有关单位：根据深圳市人民政府办公厅《关于清理部分市政府部门规范性文件的通知》（深府办〔2007〕70号）的要求，我局对2001年12月31日前制定发布的规范性文件进行了清理，现决定废止规范性文件《中共深圳市委农村基层组织建设领导小组办公室、中共深圳市委党风廉政建设领导小组办公室、深圳市民政局关于搞好村务公开的若干意见》（深民基[1998]3号）。特此通知。深圳市民政局二○○八年七月二日
