各区人民政府，市政府直属各单位： 根据《国务院关于取消一批行政许可事项的决定》（国发〔2017〕46号）要求，市政府决定取消12项行政职权事项。 各区（新区）、市有关部门要抓紧做好取消事项的后续衔接工作，加快配套改革和后续监管制度建设，切实加强监管和服务，防止出现管理真空。要制定实施方案，加强组织领导，确保落实到位，实施方案于本决定发布之日起20个工作日内报市编办备案。市编办要适时对取消事项和事中事后监管落实情况进行跟踪督办。各单位在执行过程中如遇问题，请径向市编办反映。 附件：深圳市人民政府决定取消的行政职权事项目录（共12项） 深圳市人民政府 2017年12月31日
