江府函〔2023〕203号市自然资源局： 《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市大型产业集聚区蓬江启动区地段（PJ01-F01）控制性详细规划的请示》（江自然资〔2023〕992号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合《江门市国土空间总体规划（2021-2035年）》，予以批准、公布。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。 三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府 2023年12月29日
